This appeal involves a suit between two creditors of a bankrupt corporation. Resolution of the appeals merits requires us to determine when a newly formed corporation may litigate a claim of a dissolved predecessor corporation. We conclude that Alaska Continental, Inc. can properly assert claims once possessed by its dissolved predecessor and shareholders. We further conclude that with one exception Appellants claims are devoid of merit.
