In this appeal we are called upon to determine whether the Municipality of Anchorages exclusion of the Alaska Gay Coalition from the 1976-77 Anchorage Blue Book, a government publication, denied that organization its constitutional rights to freedom of speech and association and equal protection of the law. The superior court ruled that the Municipalitys action did not violate the Gay Coalitions constitutional rights. We reverse.
